Six
Must I avoid friends because I’m in love,
Does flying with other birds stain a dove,
What’s in your love for me I dare to ask,
Must I veil myself with love in black mask
And sit lonely, walk lonely with no task,
Except dreaming or singing while I bask,
In the folly and blindness of your love,
Doesn’t your care and greed give your dove a shove,
Is cheerfulness unfair, loneliness fair,
Can you put me on curfew and walk tall,
Won’t you lose if all in your loud eyeball
Makes stones heap, my wings break and mountains fall,
Don’t you consider burdens cause wear and tear?

You’ll never be mine if fear and pain’s your care.
